Sesame Balls

I've been wanting to make sesame balls and finally got the ingredients to make it. It's my first time making them and I'm surprise that they weren't so bad. Thanks to my mom for sharing the recipe along with my older sister. I still can't believe that they were really easy to make.

Sesame Balls

-2 pkg of glutinous rice flour
-1/2 a bag of rice flour
-baking powder
-2 coconut milk (was told to use one but I use 2)
-1 can of coconut jam (next time I'm gonna use 2 can)
-sugar (for sweetness...add up to your liking)
-water (if too dry)
-sesame seeds
-vegetable oil

1. Mix up the first 3 ingredient.
2. Add in 1 can of coconut milk and the coconut jam. Mix.
3. Add in the last coconut milk.
4. If needed, add water and sugar. You can try tasting a little of the dough to see if it's sweet. If not, you can add more sugar. The batch should by doughy...should feels like play dough.
5. Roll into the size of a golfball or however big/small you want them to be.
6. Roll them into the sesame seeds.
7. Put vegetable in deep frying pan and fry them at medium heat. Make sure oil's hot when you fry them.
8. When yellow/brownish looking, drain them on a paper towel. Enjoy :)

Not the best instruction but I'm sure you all still understand what I'm saying.
