Children's Claritin BzzCampaign Review

Right when I receive my Children's Claritin BzzKit, I immediately gave my 2 year old son a chewable. He had been having a runny nose for about a week now and I couldn't do anything to help other than fighting (not literally fighting but you know what I mean...it's hard when you have such a strong and tough toddler) with him just to wipe his nose! As an infant, my husband and I always have a hard time giving him medication compare to his sisters. I'm quite surprise that he actually ate the chewable and wasn't aware that it was actually medicine! It's not icky, it's good, and he ask for more but nope, only one allow.

Results? He wasn't drowsy afterward but had so much energy searching as high as he can just to look for more "candy". After a while he gave up. Anyways, about half an hour later I noticed that his nose isn't runny anymore. No more boogy wipes! Yippeeeeeeee...... It's been 2 days now and still, no runny nose. I still can't believe this....it seem so unreal... why haven't I gotten this before?

I definitely recommend this for allergy relief although I have not tried the syrup yet. If I ever do, I'll update more. I usually don't talk much about children's medicine but this is something that I would buy in the future and just had to share it with everyone!

*** This is my honest opinion about the Children's claritin chewable. I would never give false review just so the item/product that I received look good.

Truvia® Natural Sweetener

Whenever I drink coffee, I usually use use regular sugar. Truvia is a alternative sugar if you want a healthier lifestyle.

It's not a sugary taste but have a bit of sweetness in it. Kind of remind me of the nerd's candy.

What I got was a small box that contain 7 individual packets. So far, I use it in coffee and kool aid. I still don't know whether I should buy some or not. Guess I'll just have to wait and see.

Children's Claritin BzzCampaign

Look what I got in the mail today!!!!!

My BzzAgent Children's Claritin kit! I'm not really big on allergy medication for my kids so this will be the first time that I would give them this. The first thing I did was gave my 2 year old son a chewable. He's usually really hard to give medication to..even as a baby, my husband and I had a hard time giving him medication. I'm quite surprise that he actually likes it. He's been having a really bad running nose for a few days now so since I received my kit today, I'll just give it a shot.
I'll update how it goes in a few days or whenever I'm free to blog up.

What the Bzzkit include:
- A box of Children's Claritin Grape Chewables
- 2 oz bottle of Children's claritin Grape syrup
-Coupons to share with the people I talk with

Venus and Olay razor

After going through different shaving gel/cream, I couldn't find the old discontinue shaving gel that I've used a few years back. That left my skin feeling soft and smooth after shaving.

Well, I finally found my favorite razor! Not only does I get a close shave but a soft silky smooth leg. On top of that, it cut my time by 3/4. Shaving has never been better for me. All I did was hop into the shower and do what I normally do. After that, shaved without the need to put cream/gel on. It's much much faster. If you have kids, I definitely recommend this as it'll be faster.

The only thing is that I wished they include a case because the thought of hanging it just terrified me. What if my razor happen to fall off? You know how kids are curious and will touch things without knowing whether they will get hurt or not. As for now, I'm just keeping it in the plastic container that it came in. Otherwise, I definitely recommend it. You won't regret it!

For more info, you can visit their site www.gillettevenus.com
Otherwise down below are some more information about it.

Kiss Nail Dress fashion that stick

I received this from influenster lovevox box a while back. Look at my older post if you wanna know what I got. Here is just my review on it.

It took me probably about less than 30 minutes to apply it on my nails. Basically all you have to do it apply it on your nail and file off the excess. If it's too small, just cut it up until it fits.
Since this is my first time, it did took me a while. After a few fingers, I got a little used to it and could apply it faster.

Do I like it? Yes, I love it! I usually do my own nails and it pretty much takes more than 30 minutes which I have to include drying time. Since I have kids, it's hard to keep my nail looking good...even waiting to dry them, sometime it gets ruin just cause I have do cheer up my baby girl. So with the Kiss Nail dress fashion that stick, it took me less than 30 minute plus no drying time!!!!

Do I recommend it? Yes...especially for those that want an easy fast design without the wait.

March Myglam bag

I was kind of disappointed in the myglam bag for this month. The sample size seem pretty small when I compare it to beauty army. I heard that next month would have some good things in it. It should make up for this month bag.

The only product that I like in the bag is pretty much the brush. That and the bag is the one that's probably useful to me. Otherwise the rest are probably just gonna be sitting around until one day I find a use for it. As for the $25 code, I don't think I plan to use it at all. To me, I pay for sample and not just the code. Although it's a great deal, I just don't' have a big budget to be spending a lot so it's not that good of a deal to me.

So let's get going to the glam bag that I got. Here are the items:
*Dermstore care package (put-lisse pur-protect spf 30 essential daily moisturizer, murad eye lift perfector, and dermstore $25 girl card which you have to spend $50+ inorder to get 25 off)
* foundation elements- I got the Murad absolute bronzing boost spf 15
*Keracolor color enhancing leave-in treatment
*Myglam crease brush and a pink case

I'm guessing I'm still gonna subscribe to see what's in the next month bag. If more disappointment continue, I'm probably gonna opt out. I was pretty much disappointment at the sample size as I expect to get a little more out of it.

Another thing that I would like to add is about the dermstore $25 giftcard. It's not a giftcard at all. To me, a gift card is something where you could spend as much or less as you want. It's more like a giftcode.... you have to spend $50+ on certain products inorder to get $25 off.

It can be a good deal if you have the bling bling and takes advantage of it. Otherwise for those that are on a budget or just don't wanna use money, it's not a good deal to them at all. For me since I'm on a budget, I just don't think it's a good deal. There's barely anything that I wanna get from the site anyways.

March Beauty Army box (my 2nd one)

I was super excited when I selected my 8 samples for the march beauty army box. It's usually 6 sample but my eyeshadow was damage when I receive my first box so I was able to select 2 extra ones. So let's get going on what I got in the box!

The only thing that I wished they did was put in the info of the product that I choose. It would be much easier to read what they are and what they're suppose to do since I'm not always on my computer. Otherwise, I'm really happy at what I'm getting although my box was delay.

For the Youtube video, click here

The 8 sample that I choose are:
*corrective control clear med 5%
* boo boo cover up (I did a review on this already.. click here to see it)
* k-pak revitaluxe
* pssssst instant dry shampoo
* befine night cream
*babor hy-ol cleansing set
* cover fx eye prep
* and weleda almond cleansing lotion

The first thing that I was really really excited to try out was the babor hy-ol cleansing set. I use it the following night when I got my box. My face feel super soft!

The night after that which I just go through my regular facial routine at night, I use the befine night cream. My face also feel super smooth and soft. The consistency is a little liquidy for night cream but it's really easy to apply to.

Since I don't have really bad acne right now, I have my husband tried the corrective control clear med. I'll be doing a review on it in a few weeks or so.

The rest of the product that I didn't mention above, I have not use it yet. I'm still trying out the sample from my last box.

Influenster Love VoxBox

I'm sooooooo excited! I just got my love voxbox from Influenster yesterday and already ate the chocolate bar + tried that Gillette Venus and Olay razor. So far so good. I tried that tea in the acai berry flavor and didn't really like it. Maybe it's just me since I'm not a huge fan of tea.

I was able to do a video of me opening the box since outside was pretty warm. Today the weather's not really on the bright side as it's raining (at least it's not snowing) and gloomy outside..

Video here

Below are what I got:

Again, I'm really excited as this is my first box that I received from them. I will be doing a review on them in a few days or so.

Love the chocolate bar!!! High quality chocolate that melt in your mouth!

tried it last night in the shower and Love it! No more shaving cream for me!!!! Leave my legs feeling soft.

Freeman Beauty and Myglam Feb bag + Dollar tree

I enter Freeman Beauty giveaway a while back and was lucky enough to be one of the 500 winners. Just received their package today and can't wait to try these out!! I had one of them in the Feb. myglam bag but haven't tried it yet.

Here's what I got

*Facial enzyme mask in pineapple
*Facial detoxifying mask in chocolate & Strawberry
*Facial hydration mask in Goji berry

So I haven't post up the Feb. Myglam bag yet...so here it is:

*Facial enzyme mask in pineapple
*nyx roll on shimmer in olive
*x out shine control
*cinderella mask by dead sea premier
*$100 code for nume
*chocolate

So far I have not use any of those except for the nyx roll on shimmer. I only use it to do a swatch of the color but wasn't really impress by that. I'm still testing my beautyarmy box that I got last month.

I got my bag on the 19th of Feb. I don't wanna say it's fast shipping since it wasn't as fast as the first bag. It did went smoothly this time for me but I wasn't really impress with the things that I got. I guess I was expecting something that has to do more with the Feb theme. Love.

These are my thoughts and opinion about Myglam bag as of Feb.

Forgot to mention that I went to the dollar store today and bought some books. I wasn't planning to look at books but as I pass it, I remember my brother in law telling me that he bought some nice book there. So, upon what he said to me a while back, I got a few books for $1 each!

I thought that the first page of the 101 Funny things about global warming by Sidney Harris & Colleagues was hilarious.

Follow up eye exam

On my 2nd followup eye exam, my opt. check my eyes and made sure that it fits and stay on properly. I guess I put my left lens in wrong so he fix it for me. After checking back and forth to make sure that they fit right, he finally decided that they are okay on me but if I ever feel uncomfortable with them, I should go back.

I ordered 2 pack of the toric lenses ( 1 for right eye, 1 for left) which cost me about $70 and got myself a glasses which was $28 + the lense which I choose plastic as I don't know if I'm really gonna wear contacts or not...total = $127. It would had been more if I choose a pricier frame but couldn't find none to my likes....even with this glasses I wasn't very satisfy. Comon with this women a break....I have big eyes...so finding a frame for my big eyes is pretty hard.

That's basically it for my final follow up exam.

Oh yea...another thing...I failed my driver's license test... T_T now I'm stuck with my permit...gotta wait another week...I guess I went too fast but it wasn't really my fault as I was slowing down and haven't pass the 25m.p.h. sign...I was a few feet away and the guy said oh you're too fast...35m.p.h. over 25..... aside from that, I got 2 other things wrong. Back up too fast...and...... didn't look at my blindspot while doing the Y turn.... boo hoo.... what a failure....
I'm down for today but at least my husband tried to cheer me up. Hopefully next week I'll pass....wish me luck!!!!

Eggrolls

I wasn't able to take any pictures this weekend since my baby was still sick but now she's all better. I was able to upload my video of the steps that I did to make eggrolls. It's not the best but I tried as I'm a beginner to editing all my video plus my internet wasn't working yesterday so I was able to edit everything while my daughter's sleeping. Hopefully this weekend I'll be able to take up some pictures if I'm not going to the funeral tomorrow which will be out of town.

As what I wrote in the video, I don't have an exact recipe with all the measuring and stuff. I just go by feel. My mom usually make a bunch since I have a big family so I just go according to how small my family is (lol family of 7 including myself and baby..plus his brother that came over...almost wasn't enough!). This is the way how I make my eggrolls and how I like it.

Ingredients used:
*shredded carrots (I use 2 carrots...about 1 1/2 cups?...it's mainly for color with just a little flavor..too much will overpower the eggroll)
*white onion (I use one)
*cilanto
*cabbage (cut it depending on how thick or thin how you like your cabbage)
*vermicelli noodle (1 pack, in cool water before you start anything)
*ground pork (I use ground turkey...2 lbs??? couldn't find any ground pork at walmart and didn't wanna waste gas just to go buy pork at the local grocery)

What I put in the mixture:
*Salt
*Msg (optional...my husband wants msg so had to put it)
*black pepper (enough for flavor..not too much or it'll be too overpowering)
*fish sauce (optional)
*oyster sauce
* 3-4 eggs

*wrappers
*egg yolk to seal wrapper (I use tapioca starch...about 1 tbsp and 1 cup water?...mix and microwave 20 sec...mix...another 10 sec and so on until you get a thick consistency

*vegetable oil (medium heat....be sure that oil's hot when you fry eggroll)

If I miss anything I'll post it up again....It's very time consuming if you're just doing it by yourself so it's best if you have a few helpers.

Video here

Down below will be pictures....

Carrots: The orange peeler is harder to use as you have to apply pressure on it inorder to shred the carrots which barely come out nicely (got it at the local grocery store). The baby blue peeler which I bought it at the asian store (kiwi brand) is much much faster.

Cilantro:

white onion:

Cabbage:

< ---I guess I didn't take any pic of the chop up cabbage but this is the whole cabbage...about medium size

Vermicelli noodle:

soak in cool water....when you're done with everything else...drain it and cut the threads

Ground turkey:

Mixture:

Sauce:

< ----tapioca starch mixture

Oyster sauce (left) and sweetened chili sauce (eggroll sauce...right....it's sweet not spicy so don't get discourage by the look of what's inside)

I use 3 pack of the wrappers

The finished result goes perfectly with the sauce:

So if you ever make eggrolls, do tell me what your favorite recipe is. I know everyone make theirs differently.

Happy cooking!!!!
